Dr. Gartland is Board Certified and has been practicing in Raleigh since 2002. Receiving his undergraduate degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Suma Cume Laude, earning him the USA Provost Scholar. He continued earning his Doctorate degree in Seneca Falls, New York at NYCC also graduating Suma Cume Laude. While studying at NYCC, Dr. Gartland was introduced to a vast spectrum of teaching and practicing techniques by experts in the field of Chiropractic. He continues daily to strive for excellence concerning patient care. He enhanced his skills and education by becoming a Board Certified Impairment Rating and Disability Physician to better serve his patients with disabilities. He is a member of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Gartland is a caring and friendly doctor that takes pride in his ability to listen to your concerns without rushing to a standardized treatment plan. Upon completion of his examination, he will design an individualized treatment plan that is geared towards restoring your health and keeping you feeling great. Patients that understand their diagnosis are more willing to follow the instruction given because they understand the benefits they will receive.

Nancy joined the Longview Chiropractic team in 2024. As Office Manager and a Certified Chiropractic Assistant, she plays an essential role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient.
Nancy is passionate about helping others feel their best and takes pride in contributing to each patient’s care experience. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate with and support a diverse patient community.

Katherine Medrano became part of the Longview Chiropractic team in 2026, bringing a positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient support. In her role as a Chiropractic Assistant, she helps ensure each visit runs efficiently while making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Katherine enjoys connecting with patients and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. Her approachable nature and attention to detail make her a wonderful addition to the team.
